"I must admire that cleaning/housekeeping lady did really do her job everyday to make sure room is clean and change stuff as and when required without even asking or pointing at any thing. Additionally it’s a great location as many restaurants available just in the front or nearby the hotel, even the hotel cafe (Bern Cafe) is amazing, and the hotel is barely 3 minutes walking distance from Yusufpasa tram station and the main road either sides. Front desk staff also helped me accommodate for the early checkin. Everything was good."

"The location was excellent, just a couple of meters away from the Yusufpasa tram station and a 10-minute walk from the Arksaray metro and airport bus stop. It's a really good choice for travellers who want to explore the Sultanhmet area but don't want to fork out too much for pricey hotels. There were lots of local restaurants around the hotel that were highly affordable and served good food. The buffet breakfast was decent and mostly offered Turkish food with a few Western options."
"There were very few toiletries available. We brought our own toothbrushes and toothpaste, but it would've been an issue if we hadn't. There wasn't a shower rack to put the soap and shampoo, so we ended up having to place them on the ground, which was quite unhygienic. A couple of items were broken in the room, but they weren't essential."
"Kawthar has been an amazing person at the front desk who went above and beyond to ensure that he had everything I needed for the room. If anything was missing it was brought up quickly. Thank you"

"The size of the room was good, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked well and there was a balcony to the back side. With the windows and doors closed, it wasn't too loud, however I use to wear earplugs anyway when staying in hotels. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but sufficient. There are countless small shops, eateries and a supermarket right around the hotel and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach promenade. The value for the money was really good and I ended up staying four days instead of the one planned, because the town and the surroundings were so pleasantly nice and laid back."
