"The hotel was cozy and clean. The staff were absolutely amazing. The airport transfer that we booked through the hotel was very well organized and made our trip a lot smoother. The hotel roof top restaurant had an exceptional view, the food was very good and not as expensive as the other places around."

"Perfect location, walkable to blue mosque, Hagia Sophia and grand bazaar. Delicious breakfast!! Lastly the staff are so kind, they really made us feel welcome and helped to provide airport transportation for us and our large amounts of luggage."

"The staff are all super helpful and kind. The guy at the reception is very knowledgeable about the best ways to plan my day and my travel to famous sights. The lady at reception is very sweet and checked if I was comfortable during my stay and if I would need any assistance booking a ride to the airport. Mehmet from the restaurant generously gave me his extra Istanbulkart to get me started on my sightseeing. He also makes excellent Turkish Coffee. The staff definitely made my stay an amazing one! The restaurant view also sealed the deal for me, I will return to this hotel if I find myself back in Istanbul in the future. I had a beautiful and relaxing view while having a breakfast and Mehmet’s excellent coffee everyday!"

"The toilet had an unpleasant smell, and leak but the cleanjng lady made sure to clean this properly everyday. The street in front of the hotel can get loud from 9-12 because of the bars but with the windows closed it was bearable. This is not the fault of the hotel anyway."
