"The public bath/sauna was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. Requesting the hot water for our private in-room bath was easy and convenient. The bed was very comfortable. The location is right off of the old street."

"The hot-pot dinner was not very flavorful, nor was there a lot of variety in it. I would definitely bring snacks to off-set the dinner. Check-in was slightly chaotic, but getting help from the front desk at other times was quite easy."

"Very nice 2 rooms apartment with private hot spring bath. All meals (breakfast and dinner hot pot) were delicious. The location of the hotel is also great - close to all important places in the Wulai valley. The stay was very relaxing and refreshing."

"The room was spacious and had a nice view of the river from the bathtub. It was great to have the hot spring bath in the room, too. The room was a little outdated, but clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive. The location was great, too."

"Hot spring is nice as well as the view from the room. If you are shy to go to the public hot spring, you can enjoy it in your room. The dinner and the breakfast were also recommended as there were only few places to eat"

"Very close proximity to old Street, close to the bus station, family Mart just around the corner, one of the bigger resorts in Wulai, meal was included with eastern and western styles, people were really friendly. We had a room that slept four people, and the AC was nice and strong."

"AC in the dining area was turned on at dinner time only, it was really hot in June, Hot Springs, for the men and women were a little dated, but however, appropriate for the traditional setting"

"That hot water is metered, and upon request, especially it cuts off at 11, so for those travelers who are night owls can’t enjoy the hot spring, which kinda defeats the purpose."

"This is our second time at Full Moon Spa and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is very conveniently located, right at the start of the Old Street. We brought our young kids with us and they really enjoyed being able to use the private spa in the room. My husband and I loved going down to the adult spa downstairs. I have some dietary restrictions and they were very accommodating. The food portions were very generous, and the staff were very helpful."
