They attempted to take care of everything, every little thing they were willing to help with, and always with a smile.We arrived after the kitchen was closed, but tgey opened it back up just for us. The food was scrumptious. The room exceeded expectations, especially after I requested a room closer to the parking lot due to my husband's health. The location was so close to the Ngorongoro conservation area. This to me makes it a 5 star property."
