"The reception was open late and they held our bags when we arrived early and they were getting ready for our early check in."

The room fan was broken and very loud and the toilet made more noise than it should.

Had to buy most necessities (hand soap, tissue, trash bags), but store was in walking distance. AC was blowing out ice and dripping in the kitchen possibly from condensation.

"Staff was beyond friendly! I also love how secure this place is both with the gates on the streets and gates at the residence. As a solo female I felt safer here than at my home. The amenities were outstanding. So much space in the rooms and everything I could ever need. The best stay of my entire trip. 10/10"

"Excellent no complains great value for the price the nightly rates do not do justice to te quality clean spacious room full size kitchen and bathroom. If you are traveling on a budget I highly recommend this place. I'll be staying there next time. Very quiet also. AC also available and good quality WIFI."

"It was great to stay here on my way from Semonkong to Maseru. It was great to be able to recharge my batteries. Also, the cottage is in a beautiful setting and the dinner and breakfast were fantastic. Such a great place to stay. If I pass by the area again, I will definitely stay here again."

Getting through the gate was hard the first time but easy after that. The chairs were very uncomfortable to sit on.

On my last sleep of the week I was disturbed by the above resident, moving furniture and banging in the early hours of my departure day. Also just before 3am, being woken up by my TV having it on a different channel to what I had when I turned it off before going to bed believing someone had trespassed into the property and the thought of my belongings being stolen.

"The location was very convenient. I really love the ocean view and especially hearing the ocean splashes everyday during my stay, it was really breathtaking, relaxation and good service. Also the food at the restaurant below my room had very delicious food, also from the balcony of the restaurant I enjoyed the ocean view and beautiful sunsets. I'm in love with this island especially in Westpunt!"

I do not really have any complaints about anything, because all of my wishes have been granted during my stay. So I have nothing to complain about. Keep up the good work and service! Everything was just perfect!

"Everything we needed was basically there. Condo was clean and staff was helpful and kind. Amazing balcony view with easy access to the beach just steps away. Beautiful pool. Easy access to marina activities. Awesome snorkeling. Beach bar, cafe & sudis were excellent and easy to walk to. Gideon was so nice & set up beach chairs for us every day. Was a great family vacation."

Security often asked us where we were staying.

"The nice host Seyfu we became good friends. They provided excellent food and coffee. 5 minutes walk from the churches and market. I would stay here any time I come back. Highly recommended with home atmosphere."

"This is a very quiet, clean and confortable place one bloc from the national hospital. It is even possible to cook with private kitchenette with bridge and sink in the room. Room is fully equipped with tv and sitting space. Very good value."

Not their fault, but the internet on Palau is a bit weak - couldn't download my merlin app (same thing everywhere - not just at Ngermid Oasis).

Some aspects could improve : tennis equipment available for their tennis court, towels a bit old , free shuttle bus instead of charging for it ( airport is very near) .

We found dead scorpion under the bed. Last day there was no electricity in our room and till the checkout no-one did not fixed this issue.

The neigbourhood with dogs. Cannot take a walk for exercise and make the living inconvenient.

Me sorprendio que haciendo la reserva para dos personas solo incluyera desayuno para uno y si el otro queria tenia que pagarlo. Nunca habia vivido una situacion igual

"I had such a great time at the Buttercup Airbnb! The staff was amazing—by the end of my 8-day stay, I honestly felt like I had gained another family. The place was spotless, and everything was even cleaner and nicer than I expected. I also really appreciated how they checked in on me regularly to make sure I was comfortable. The only funny part was the roosters—they made it their mission to wake me up every morning! But honestly, it just became part of the experience, and it didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed my stay. I’d definitely go back again! It was a delightful stay!"

I had no secure way to drop off the key at check-out, as the code to the box did not work, when I tried it this morning. It worked fine, at check-in. I left the key in the room, which I'd rather not have done.

Le prix un petit peu élevé, des travaux de rafraîchissement sont à prevoir. La piscine partagée avec d'autres locataires moins agréable : On a eu des ados pas très discrets.
