"Within walking distance of major attractions, the area is quiet and peaceful, and there are plenty of shops and cafes nearby."

"The shower is small; There's a strange rule about taking off shoes before entering the floor and room, but they provide slippers (the first time I've encountered that); It was chilly in the room at night despite the windows being closed, and the blankets were thin. If you don't turn on the heating or AC, you might freeze. I didn't try breakfast because I checked out at night."

"The staff is amazing and very thoughtful, I was in contact mainly with Shamshodbek, he is such a kind, cheerful and positive guy, he has a serving heart, they make sure you are comfortable and go above and beyond, my stay was a lot more comfortable thx to them. The location is great, to get to the subway is a 15 min walking distance, as well as to some museums."

"My wife and I were quite amazed by this hotel. All the staff including the owner were superbly trained to handle tourists. They allowed me to check in early at 5.00am and check out late without any extra charge. They were super nice, extremely hospitable. Even though this was considered as a back-alley hotel, don't underestimate it. The area was very close (less than 5 minutes) to the Lyabi Madrasahs. The breakfast exceeded our expectation. We were happy tourists and this place is very very recommended."

"Alex is a fantastic host! He is welcoming and helpful. Specifically, I became ill the night I arrived at the guesthouse, and Alex regularly checked in with me and my partner to make sure I was OK. We booked the upstairs room because it included a bedroom and adjacent living room with a couch. The bed was large and comfortable, the shower was hot and clean, and the bedroom and living room were quiet, spacious and cozy. I felt very comfortable while staying there, and I’m so grateful for Alex’s kindness - because of his help and the cozy room, I recovered quickly!"
