"My double bed private room had just about everything: comfortable, WiFi, a/c, fridge, hot water, microwave!, kettle, coffee maker, plates/cups/utensils. It felt like having a studio apartment flat. All the guest house rooms surround a nice small central courtyard with an open air public use kitchen and washing machine. It’s secure quiet and a good value, I would recommend."
"My room had everything except a bath towel, maybe they just forgot it (and I should’ve probably asked). Or if one isn’t provided well then that’s something I would note here. Luckily, I brought my own towel."
"This was my second time staying at this place. I booked it again because my first stay was so good. The place is very neat and clean, and well maintained at all times. All facilities are available including a whole kitchen and washing area. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean. I would book it yet again if I come to Uzbekistan again in the future!"

"The hotel feels very comfortable and the hosts are very friendly. The rooms are very spacious and my apartment had three beds in two rooms. They provide a kitchen, washing area and all the facilities. I didn't feel like I was staying in a foreign place, it felt like home and all the guests became friends as if we were a family. The owner cooked very tasty pilaf that we all ate together. I highly recommend this place for comfortable living, I will book it again for my return to Tashkent."

"We had the family reunion and we had great time in Tashkent dvorik. The courtyard is very cozy, we spent lots of time sitting outside and in the summer kitchen. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The plov presentation on Sunday was very interesting and plov was delicious. Akmal is the great host. He will help with trips, transferrs and any questions that you might have. We are very thankful to Akmal, Muhtar. Thank you for your warm hospitality."

"The room is spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff is wonderful and goes out of his way to help, whenever possible (early morning check-in etc). The courtyard and communal kitchen are also great facilities and makes it feel like a home away from home. It's in a central location and a short taxi/Yandex ride to the city center. Highly recommended!"

"Everything! If there was an option of rating this 20, i'd do that. There is a lot of meticulous planning that has gone to make this a perfect stay and it certainly succeeds. Also at a reasonable price."
"If there's a chance for the central heating to be turned off during warmer nights, it would be even better."
"The host is incredibly hospitable and the place is so amazingly clean. It smelled brand new! Couldn't find a single thing to complain about. Very safe area and setup. I don't speak any Uzbek or Russian but the host went out of his way to communicate really well in English. No insect problem, no AC problem, and even welcomed us with made us some eggs when he noticed we had been traveling for 11+ hours and hadn't eaten a real meal in such a long time. Kids and wife couldn't be happier."
"Nothing, literally everything was amazing and I am a hard grader!"
"EVERYTHING! 1. very clean and modern 2. very quiet 3. hospitable owners 4. AC and smart TV in rooms 5. kitchen is very clean"
"there are only 2 things that they need to fix. I think because of the electrical issues 1. WiFi kept turning on and off 2. water pressure was sometimes low. I hope they’ll fix it soon and this place will be perfect."
"This is a very well-equipped, clean service apartment (well, rooms actually, with shared kitchen, washing machine, etc) set-up. Very responsive, friendly hosts."
"It needs at least one cafe and a grocery shop nearby; bus and metro stops are also not convenient."
"Amazing hospitality! The room has everything you need. Among other things: a coffee machine and coffee, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, a vase for flowers, pots and cups for tea, and even an umbrella hanging on the window outside the room. There is a lovely small yard and a fully equipped kitchen if you wish to cook. An excellent mattress and pillows will ensure a restful recovery, and the hospitality of your host will make your stay truly unforgettable."

"Очень удобное местоположение , рядом станция метро, базар, супермаркет"
"The hotel is surrounded by greenery and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere. It is about a 12–15 minute walk to the main road, where you can find supermarkets, fast-food outlets, and various restaurants. The TV Tower is also within walking distance, just over 20 minutes away. All staff members were warm, approachable, and efficient, which greatly enhanced the overall experience."

"The family host. The experience of preparing food with the family and the rural life. The kindness of the staff and how well organized their preparation for every small detail like preparing the dough, the oven , making the bread, preparing tables and salads. As a matter of fact, i have visited many places and gone through many experiences this year. I rate this one as the most memorable experience. If you are visiting Uzbekistan for many activities, this experience would be adequate to forget about everything else."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse in the mountains. The family who run it were so kind to us, and cooked us delicious dinners (including catering very well to my vegetarianism). The location is perfect for walks in the mountains and valleys nearby. The accommodation is as to be expected for a mountain guesthouse: cosy but basic."

"What a wonderful family, and clean & spacious room, surrounded by greenery and the sound of a stream in the background. I was sick during my stay and the eldest daughter ordered a taxi for me and came with me to the hospital where she waited for two hours until I could leave. They also arranged for a great driver called Vali to pick me up in Samarkand, and afterwards to bring me to Bukhara. I returned to this place a second time, and the family welcomed me back with big hugs. Their food is also excellent."

"Very friendly and gracious hosts with beautiful home cooked dinner and breakfast in the garden with produce grown in their home. They were very helpful and catered well to us, including arranging our transport and also a horse excursion. The eldest son, Shukr, was particularly enterprising and helpful and seems to be the brain of the logistics. Thank you!"
"Peaceful escape into the mountains. Great base for hiking."
