"The walk up and down the hill was a bit taxing but it worked out well for us for the 1 night. Nice view of the bay from our room. Good breakfast and interesting staff."

"The room was large and the furnishings were good. The staff was very helpful and the dining was very good. A good location on the hillside that provided a nice view of the bay and was far enough above the road to eliminate road noise. This is not a five star hotel but it was very good and I would stay there again."

"We spent one night at the Fort Burt Hotel following a week-long outing on a sailboat. The hotel was really cool, rebuilt from an old fort. The ladies were very nice at check-in and we were able to check in just a bit early. They gave us a great recommendation for a nearby dinner stop, just a short walk down the street. Thankfully we were wearing walking shoes, because we did walk a bit, including short inclines and stairs, to get to our room (outside access). The room was quite large, sparsely furnished, and quite comfortable."
"Thankfully we were okay with the walking to get to our room, but our bags that we were carrying did get heavy and other travelers may have trouble with this location. :/ I wished they would have had some vegan-friendly options for breakfast."
