"Everything. The room, the location, the pool, the staff. We were greeted with a complimentary drink which was a great way to check in and relax. Food good too."

The road to get there was really terrible. The internet ent out in our room and it was difficult to work but did come back.

"Great value & service. The house is in the second line of buildings. The property was perfectly clean, plenty of towels, a lot of space. Perfect place for a group of friends, close to restaurants and city center. There is a guest house with a nice sauna."

I think a toaster and a kettle would have helped greatly, gas use to go out at 11pm, so no cooking could be done in self catering apartment. mirco wave is ok. but like to cook. everything was great near few shops no problems there. The only problem was the host would just go into our rooms when we were not there, which was not right, and would turn off the AC, we left it on so it would be cool when we got back from our outing. Privacy was compermised."

The water pressure is too slow and the road to go the house is a bit bad road.

"It was calm and on the beachfront. Checkin was smooth. Has multiple things to keep kids engaged, Some facilities paid and others free. Location also has small grocery store."

"Beautiful house with really good facilities at spectacular location! Everything you need is there, and if it isn't, the host was very responsive and arranged it for us! It was wonderful sipping my morning coffee while watching the beautiful view, taking a dip in the sea and relax in the sun. The house remains cool even in warm days, we didn't need the airco (in May)."

Because of its beautiful location by the sea, the house is a 5 minute walk over a small rocky path and several stairs to get there from the (paid) parking. If you are not sure footed this may be a challenge. That's about the only downside to this place.

Only 1 mobile network is working, wifi was not so good. All in all, 100% holiday!

La route pour se rendre au mango villa est assez abrupte et nécessite un bon niveau de conduite.... mais la récompense est au bout du chemin

La instalación requiere de algunos pequeños arreglos y un poco más de limpieza.

Maybe a bit cold, but there was a fireplace that solved the situation mostly.

spending almost a week holiday in this exclusive hotel with family and 4 young kids, we do not get a complimentary laundry service . not even a day. That really put us off.

"Das Haus liegt wunderschön abgelegen mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick vom Pool aufs Meer und die davorliegenden Hügel. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Für Freizeitspaß steht eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Krökeltisch zur Verfügung. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!"

Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil, wir empfehlen einen Automatikwagen, den man auf Martinique unserer Meinung nach aber sowieso mieten sollte. Das WLAN funktioniert leider nicht in allen Räumen, vielleicht könnte hier ein Repeater installiert werden.

"Great location, wonderful housekeeper included in the villa, very friendly staff, right at the beach, clean and nice atmosphere, all villas slightly different, we had booked a 2 room villa and got 2.5 rooms!"

There is really nothing that we didn't like during the trip, all services were there that were needed and the resort was wonderful

"Palm Tree Villa has everything you could possibly want. Three beautiful bathrooms with tubs, outdoor balcony spaces with mountain and ocean views, a massage chair, multiple common spaces, thoughtful amenities (hairdryer etc) and a superbly appointed kitchen. Everything is labeled (light switches, trash sorting, etc) and the host is very responsive and provided clear instructions to enter and check out. We were a group of 5 adults and this property could have comfortably accommodated a 6th."

There was nothing to dislike, except having to leave.

"Lovely luxurious place, with a cozy city centre close by. Great food, and a good bed. The Jacuzzi and shower were great too. More than enough breakfast with a variety of choices."

The electronics could get an update. (Lights/remotes/Tv)

"Amazing stay in Taveuni! Just a short drive from the airport. The check in process was easy and we got to relax in our Bure right away. The room was spacious and we had an amazing beach view. We especially loved the outdoor shower. The day we inquired about going to Rainbow Reef we were able to get out right away and got to spend a few hours seeing fish and manta rays. We enjoyed a few meals at the restaurant and were satisfied every time. The menu changed every day so we got a lot of variety. There are a few cats that hang around to help you finish your dinner. We loved the nightly Kava time with Kali! He really made us feel at home and had some great stories every time."

Due to the place running on generators from 11-4 every day the power is off. Not too big of a deal, we just planned to be out exploring the island during those times. The WiFi only really works around the reception area.
