Villas in Monaco

"The beach access was amazing and the villa was very spacious."

Toilets can run a pump if not fully closed (off and on every few minutes. Also, sometimes neighbors being close means loud nights past midnight (3 am).

"Everything!! The view was breathtaking! Everything you needed, they had! The owners were so receptive to all my questions and so kind and friendly. We hope to go back again!"

Maybe drapes in the bedrooms as mornings were very bright for those who like to sleep in.

"House was fantastic. Really had absolutely everything! It was centrally located with a short walk for major attractions, train stations, good restaurants, the main square and the Wawel Castle"

There was a bit of an odd smell that wafted up from the basement kitchen, but there is a door you can keep closed to prevent the smell coming up. Not really a big deal. Loved the place

There was no parking available at our arrival. We didn't knew it needed to be reserved in advance. But very helpful staff helped resolve this small problem pretty fast.

"Palm Tree Villa has everything you could possibly want. Three beautiful bathrooms with tubs, outdoor balcony spaces with mountain and ocean views, a massage chair, multiple common spaces, thoughtful amenities (hairdryer etc) and a superbly appointed kitchen. Everything is labeled (light switches, trash sorting, etc) and the host is very responsive and provided clear instructions to enter and check out. We were a group of 5 adults and this property could have comfortably accommodated a 6th."

There was nothing to dislike, except having to leave.

"Spacious apartment with everything that you needed on site. Supply of toilet paper, laundry detergent in facility, close to shops. Parking available underground which was great. TV, hair dryer, kettle, coffee maker. Host responsive to questions, easy to contact."

A bit loud at night (until 11 pm or so) being on the main street. Shower needs a shelf or some type of unit to hold soaps, shampoo, etc. Bedroom lighting very bright. AC unit was not functioning while there but temperature was okay.

Could pave the pathway to the pool a bit better so not to always track dirt to and from the house . The lounge chair area is tight - hard to navigate multiple people finding a seat as there isn’t space to walk around the chairs . For our group that was a bit elderly it wasn’t convenient

Lack of some cleaning although cleaning stuff is available however you have to do it by yourself

There was nothing not to like.

"Beautiful house with really good facilities at spectacular location! Everything you need is there, and if it isn't, the host was very responsive and arranged it for us! It was wonderful sipping my morning coffee while watching the beautiful view, taking a dip in the sea and relax in the sun. The house remains cool even in warm days, we didn't need the airco (in May)."

Because of its beautiful location by the sea, the house is a 5 minute walk over a small rocky path and several stairs to get there from the (paid) parking. If you are not sure footed this may be a challenge. That's about the only downside to this place.

"Absolutely made our time in the city. It's an incredible space. Cozy beds, gardens, kitchen coffee, suggestions to where to go in the city, cozy bathroom, washer, art, speaker, bikes, EVERTHING you could want. Did i mention it's INCREDIBLE. Book it."

"Een heerlijke plek 15 minuten rijdend vanaf het centrum van Zlatibor. Het huisje was schoon en ruim. Naast het huisje een mooi zwembad. De eigenaar was fantastisch aardig."

"Great value & service. The house is in the second line of buildings. The property was perfectly clean, plenty of towels, a lot of space. Perfect place for a group of friends, close to restaurants and city center. There is a guest house with a nice sauna."

"It's a really lovely place. Not so close to the main so you'd have to ask the owner to get help with a taxi. Host lives downstairs so if you need something someone is already there. It's design is spectacular."

Nothing about the place I didn't like.

"Clean room with good bed, got wifi from the owner, so had very strong wifi. Right by the sea, where a shipwreck is growing reef."

The studio room actually didn't have a kitchen (only the bigger rooms do), so that was a surprise. Luckily, the owner was able to accommodate us on this and move us to the big room. Also, the location is a bit out of the way, so you will need a car, or get taxis a bunch of times.

Für Freizeitspaß steht eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Krökeltisch zur Verfügung. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!"

Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil, wir empfehlen einen Automatikwagen, den man auf Martinique unserer Meinung nach aber sowieso mieten sollte. Das WLAN funktioniert leider nicht in allen Räumen, vielleicht könnte hier ein Repeater installiert werden.

It's a little bit tired, but listen - this is an incredible villa for the money. Ignore the tired spots and enjoy!
