"I personally love the gate that enclosed the hotel. The rooms were just perfect for our stay, and having a balcony on the side where the garden was was perfect for our young on to run around and play. The pool and bar area were also very nice. The staff was absolutely excellent. They were so kind and did such a good job attending to us. The bartenders were so amazing and checked in on us and said hi constantly. They treated us amazing. It was so nice. If we return we’d stay here for sure."

"Our hotel room was upstairs and we had 8 bags, so a lift would have been really handy. Aircons worked but were a little faulty, however staff were very quick to get it sorted."

Even though many guests are here on holiday, it’s an easy place to relax after a day’s work – especially at the bar overlooking the pool area. The drinks are cold, the food is good, and the atmosphere is perfect for unwinding. The rooms are very comfortable and well-appointed. The shower can be a bit hit-and-miss, but with the natural warmth here, you don’t really need much hot water anyway. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, making it a consistently great experience."

"I wouldn’t say I didn’t like the property, just some feedback. It would feel more welcoming and accommodating to have a well-lit walkway leading to the rooms, as it was quite dim. It would also be wonderful if the coffee machine was included with the included breakfast buffet. The Fiafia performers were amazing and so entertaining to watch as were the hosts. It would be even nicer if the grass area was well lit during the fire dance performance."
