"The dorms I got were good. My lock did not fit the lockers there, but I was lucky to be alone in the dorms so I had a key for the door. It's a very big backpackers, with a nice pool, and a small bar. The staff were really friendly and accommodating and helpful. They have a free shuttle from the border which was great. You have a supermarket and ATM 5 min walk from the place, lots of restaurants around, and the best bar in Livingstone "Limpo's" is 2 mins away - check it out!"

"The staff were extremely helpful and helped us book some awesome activities without issue. They made additional calls if rides were late or we had questions. Every morning we had great, huge cups of coffee (bought our own breakfast at the grocery store nearby, there is a fridge if needed). The room was clean, the shared showers and bathrooms were clean, and the facility overall was very clean. Good location, close to the taxi stand, grocery store, shops, food."
"There are many mosquitos in the area and no nets on the rooms, but we had brought our own net and so used that. Also be aware that there is a nightclub nearby that plays music late into the night. You do get used to it and/or use some ear plugs which do the trick."
