"Something I liked about this placed was that is was very big and fit out huge family the ladies there are very sweet and are ready to help the room are very clean and love how they come to clean the everyday"

I kinda don’t like that the place is very hidden I wish is was more out in the open so more people are able to find this amazing place

"One gets into the apartment via a fence on the left of the building shown in the photo. One has to call the host, and they open the main door and the room door, where you can then pick up keys on a desk. The host was super responsive, available and nice, and even let us check-out one hour later, which was wonderful. The apartment itself was quite nice, with all the facilities we needed, and the location was incredible, just some minutes away from the Christmas market square. We even managed to use the TV to watch a series."

It is a bit complicated to shower without water going beyond the shower limits, but it was no big deal.

The range, allowing for in-room cooking, really helps to save on eating out all the time. The room was clean, and staff was great - they were always seen cleaning somewhere on the property. Walking distance to anywhere downtown keep you from blowing cab fares to boot. Would easily stay here again."

The pool was a bit murky, and there was construction noise during the day from a massive new build going up nearby, (which will mess with some of the view.)

The room was a bit too small. I'd say it's ok for one person, but for two people and a dog was a bit too small maybe, bed is on a small size as well, only one blanket.

the TV can be larger . Swimming pool many times busy for training.

"Lovely apartment overlooking the water. Clean and comfortable. Spacious rooms. There was a power outage in the area for a couple of hours while we were there but the staff kindly brought us drinking water. The apartment has all the conveniences one needs."

Apartments were on second floor so a few stairs to climb.

"We arrived with friends, quickly found the hotel, asked the reception for the floor and went up We were met quite quickly and dealt with the registration in a couple of minutes, after which they gave the keys and we got into the room The room was clean, comfortable, everything we needed, we all enjoyed our stay in it"

The room was not the one with rock stars, but it was not critical for us, although it would be a nice bonus

"Breakfast was more than we expected. The range of cereals, fruit, juices, teas, bread for toast, milk etc was more than we anticipated. The fruit was wonderfully fresh and delicious. There was certainly plenty for all tastes. the location of the breakfast food was easy to access, with a great choice of where to sit and eat both under cover outside or within the dining room."

"We had a fantastic stay at Paradera! Debby and Henk were gracious, communicative, helpful and accommodating. We traded oceanfront for the luscious garden, relaxed and quiet atmosphere and boutique feel at Paradera and didn't regret it for a second. Our two bedroom was perfect for my husband and me, and our 5 year old. The pool was a hit, and so was Mambo the resident dog. Our hosts thought of *everything* from the app full of information and amenities, to restaurant and beach recommendations. Would 10/10 return and recommend."

"Location was great. Room size was great. In service laundry was great. Everything was good that was needed to have a comfortable stay. The kitchen was good and the staff was wonderful. The security always greeted me and it was nice."

The rooms are outdated and sometimes have little critters. The neighborhood at night is not child friendly with so many escorts around. The water in the bathroom is brown probably due to old pipes but unable to take a bath due to it being brown. The fridge stop working at one point but somehow fixed it. There are no electrical outlets near the desk at the windows unless it’s behind the tv.
