"Helpful staff. Good facilities. Great massage by Sophia is a plus."

Location a bit far from downtown. It's not a problem for us, but some people may prefer to stay downtown.

"This was our second stay at this accommodation. We returned to the accommodation after having stayed in another city, because we liked it very much: Five star experience at Seoul. The staffs were very friendly, responsive and helpful. The accommodation matched the description and the breakfast was excellent. We will definitely come back."

"A safe, family-friendly resort with a clean, quiet atmosphere and a private pool. Our spacious suite had an amazing ocean view and was clean. The elevator was quick, and the customer service was warm and wonderful. Plus, the air conditioning worked perfectly!"

What we noticed could be improved: One of the bathroom taps wasn’t functioning properly and tended to spray water when turned on. A couple of doors seemed to be rubbing against the floor, possibly due to some sagging.

The bed is absolutely awful. After trying to sleep the first night and not I move to the futon in the living room w all my bed pillows. I didn't sleep well at all throughout my stay. I am athletic and was diving so having proper sleep is a must.

The downstairs bedroom bathroom faucet was a bit too short for that clear sink. And the bedroom didn't have a TV 😭

Getting through the gate was hard the first time but easy after that. The chairs were very uncomfortable to sit on.

"This is a very quiet, clean and confortable place one bloc from the national hospital. It is even possible to cook with private kitchenette with bridge and sink in the room. Room is fully equipped with tv and sitting space. Very good value."

"Our hosts Svetlana and Aleksander were flexible with the timing, very friendly, explained everything, checked us in and out. The apartment looks spotless, is a new building, with elevator, very clean, very modern. Underground parking was a plus, very safe. It is a few hundred meters from the city centre, more quiet, with parks and green trees around. Really loved the place and our morning coffee on the balcony. We had a kitchenette and all was spotless."

The breakfast was amazing, individually served with eggs to order. It started with a large fruit plate each morning and included yogurt, eggs, toast, jams, a pitcher of fresh juice, a bottle of water, and hot water for coffee or tea. As for location, while quite a hike from the nearest beaches at Beau Vallon, there was a small rainforest right behind our building with a rushing brook coming down the mountainside. It was all very beautiful and the natural sounds were awesome. I've attached a few photos."

Only one small thing: I wish that the shower had a small barrier in the open space between the glass and the wall, to keep water from escaping into the otherwise spacious bathroom.

The fridge was very old and kitchen hood as well, The window of the master bedroom was not closing so we had issue with the street noise at night.

As I have a problem with a leg I wrote the owners beforehand to be assured that access to the apartment was easy and was informed that it was, however, when we arrived it turned out that we first had to access one building and take a lift four floors and then walk a bit to access the building with the apartment. It should also be mentioned that there was a problem with the lock on the door leading out to the street, and it was often difficult to open from the outside. For the first three nights we were assigned an other apartment one floor below that was not up to standard at all. We were, however granted a discount for the inconvenience. We had not been informed about this beforehand. The television in the apartment did not work, and was not fixed during our stay. The apartment was on the eight floor and there was no sign for emergency exit on the floor. The owners lived in Italy and all contact with them was through the young lady representing them in Mindelo.

Had to buy most necessities (hand soap, tissue, trash bags), but store was in walking distance. AC was blowing out ice and dripping in the kitchen possibly from condensation.

"Everything we needed was basically there. Condo was clean and staff was helpful and kind. Amazing balcony view with easy access to the beach just steps away. Beautiful pool. Easy access to marina activities. Awesome snorkeling. Beach bar, cafe & sudis were excellent and easy to walk to. Gideon was so nice & set up beach chairs for us every day. Was a great family vacation."

Security often asked us where we were staying.

"The size of the apartment is great. The location between Baie des citrons and Anse Vata is excellent. The snorkelling across the road at Baie des Citrons is excellent, and the aquarium nearby is excellent. There are many restaurants nearby and it is a short drive (or medium walk) to get to a supermarket."

The weather was hot and there is only air conditioning in the bedrooms. It was hard to keep the apartment cool and the air conditioners struggled to keep up. The apartment itself is starting to be quite dated. When it was windy outside the balcony doors had a noisy whistle that was disruptive.

"They gave us everything we asked for. We needed a small workspace which they didn't have and they provided one in no time."

Internet in all of Egypt is not up there yet

"I loved how clean and well kept the house was, when I arrived the room smelled amazing and there were a couple snacks for me to snack on while i made myself comfortable in my room. Demi and her husband were quite nice and helpful during my entire stay, i was even offered rides to go to my destinations, which was beyond helpful."

"Остров небольшой (800 на 400м). На острове 3 отеля, 3 магазина, 2 кафешки. дайв-клуб. У отеля собственный частный пляж с бесплатными лежаками и хорошим заходом в воду - даже тапочки не нужны. Рядом рифы с огромным количеством местных рыбок разного размера и цвета, поэтому берите с собой маску. Мы жили в Garden vew - это отдельный от основгого отеля guest house на 5 номеров с частной территорией - вход по чипу. Пляж, ресторан находятся на основной территории отеля (Laguna view), где имеется 22 номера. Они естественно дороже. От garden view до laguna view метров 400 по прямой. Так что мы хоть 1000 шагов за день наматывали, а то и 100 не выходило бы ))) Вечером к причалу приплывают акулы няньки и рифовые акулы - отель их кормит каждый вечер."

Мы брали полный пансион. Завтраки были печальные. Из белка только омлет с овощами и через раз сосиски. В обед не швецкий стол, а отель сам дает то, что готовят в данный день. Не нравится - заказывай из платного меню: 2е блюдо + сок выходит 15-20$ на человека. На ужин макароны+рис и мясо+рыба. 1 салат и 1 вид фруктов. Наверное для Мальдив это нормально - не знаю.
