"The apartment was quite charming and homey. Everything we needed for making coffee and meals was there. The host was thoroughly accommodating and showed us pictures of the building after WWI bombings. Simply amazing. We loved our stay here."

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the apartment in this grand building. It had everything we needed for our 2-day winter stopover in Ypres. We particularly liked the historic feel of the place and the views over the snow-covered garden. Great location close to the centre of town and an easy walk to the Menin Gate. Valerie and Peter were great hosts. We met them on arrival and Peter showed us around and explained the history of the house."
