"Parking is extra safe and there was always free space ! There are buses and everything from hotel directly to the metro and city center. Depands how you wanna commute to the centre. Shopping mall is rly close and you can walk thru the rich and safe neighborhood to it. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly. Good decision overall specially for young people comming with a car !"

"On a positive note, the hotel offers unlimited hot water, which is much better than in many other hotels. The parking area is large and convenient, and the room had a bathtub, which was a nice addition. The hotel also has two elevators, which made moving around the building faster and more convenient. The reception staff spoke very good English, making communication easy and pleasant. We also appreciated the possibility of late check-out, which added extra comfort to our stay."

"The place is very good. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The second room we booked was smaller but very good too. We loved that the place had free parking and had ramps for wheelchairs, and 2 elevators. Location was good. Very far from the downtown but that's what we wanted."
"BREAKFAST SUCKS! It's really disgusting. Seems like they keep all the leftovers and serve them on the next day. The lady that cooks is totally unfriendly! The food she prepares it's horrible and if you ask for anything she treats you very bad. And she is also the maid. We almost had to demand her to clean the rooms even when we put the "clean the room please" sign on the door handles. She didn't provide enough toilet paper, and she was always mad at us. It seems like this lady hates to have foreign guests. And she doesn't speak english! It was really hard trying to communicate with her even when we were using the translator to tell her the things in Bulgarian! The rest of the staff is kind but they need to improve their english."
