Positive point:
"Unbeatable view. We saw a herd of caribou on the mountain to the east of the glacier. Our boat driver was wonderful."
Negative point:
"I love the extremity of this place. Along with that came a couple of risks that concerned me. Reliance on a digital keypad lock if you’re on the deck and the door blows closed. No emergency radio. Icy water and no shelter on land even if you swam to shore. Also, we were told to use the provided phone number to call only if there was a true emergency. I honored that but therefore had no help when the water stopped working. Cryptic printed instructions did not help us get it working again (and I work on pump systems as part of my career). None of this ruined our enjoyment of this stunningly beautiful location."
