"You had to ask for housekeeping to tidy your room. I’m not sure if this is new and it wasn’t a big issue for me. on day 2 I asked for fresh towels and they were quick to respond. it wasn’t bad, just different."

"Our room faced the main road, so it was a bit noisy until later at night, when the traffic died down. The bright light outside our room all night; we are used to complete darkness. Complimentary breakfast is all carbohydrates."

"The location of the property is excellent for viewing the Aurora Borealis as it is located on the shore of Great Slave Lake which provides ample open space when the lake is frozen in the winter for a great viewing experience. The accommodations were comfortable and clean and well heated, a plus for a winter visit like ours.. Ben, the substitute on-site manager was extremely helpful during our stay. Yellowknife is a wonderful small town to visit and enjoy during the winter"
