Campgrounds in North Macedonia

"Location is perfect for a nature getaway. The room is quite spacious, has everything you'd need. The surroundings are cozy and relaxing. I would love to come back and stay longer."

"It was great trip to the Sahara Desert Camp by camels, And is best of ale was the trip back by car and Accommodations was great,if someone would like to come to the desert, the camp is so nice."

"Loved staying in the simple, clean bungalow overlooking the sea, surrounded by bougainvillea and various friendly creatures (iguanas, salamanders, birds, etc.). Coral was SO incredibly responsive and helpful with everything from how to book a special dinner at Heidi's restaurant (incredible view and food!) to giving us a ride out to explore the cool fort. Thanks for a beautiful stay!"

It was really fun meeting people from all over the US in the communal kitchen. But as is to be expected, sound carries at any campground and not everyone is on the same sleep schedule, so bring earplugs!

"The camping is an amazing green, natural location, where you can enjoy the nature at its fullest. Yves and Malika are very kindhearted and welcoming people, that gave us a feeling of immediately feeling welcome. The tents/beds are comfortable, although the strong winds let it shake strongly, but everything went well. You can make a nice hike down to the river."

In the morning we had no electricity and that is quite necessary for charging phones. There was only one warm cover and one sofa set, which makes it difficult to use when there are also other people around. An extra sofa and some extra warm covers would come in handy, while it is quite fresh at night.

"This is the most serene lodging experience. The hosts were accommodating, letting us store our baggage before our arrival since we were traveling by bicycle. The location is superb with two pathways to the sea, a restaurant on site, and friendly goats around. I would choose this place again and again."

At this price you need to expect a basic accommodation, which it is. Do yourself a favour and rent a scooter right from the beginning of your stay. The scooters rental is not really close to the resort so best you go there with the bus and then drive up to the accommodation with the scooter.

There is a steep stairs on the 1st floor to enter your rooms.

"Location and had microwave and refrigerator, kettle. Home owner and son welcoming. Again excellent location and price!! Tons stores restaurants grocery ATM—& easy excess to Lima attractions and tours."

No hot water, so could not use bathtub. Room had private bathroom, but the “efficiency” was not independent from owner’s home-had to enter main home apartment entrance. This was not really a problem though. Owner very quiet and kept to self. On main busy street, so expect city traffic at night.

"Très simple, très naturel,avec beaucoup de bon coeur l'accueil de ce Lodge qui appartient à une école.Le directeur de l'école m'a servi généreusement de taxi plusieurs fois pour me rendre à Levingstone,au Chutes Victoria et j'ai fait un safari avec lui dans son 4×4 pour un prix avantageux."

Le village de Simonga est très authentique de la pauvreté zambienne sans misère,ici ils sont heureux avec très peu. Pour moi habitué à un peu d'abondance il manque beaucoup ici sans aller à la ville.

The dogs and puppies they had were extremely friendly. Sometimes even too friendly, so it was partly hard doing stuff outside on your own (read a book, eat, ...) because they always wanted attention and wanted to get pet.

"I really liked the eco conscious focus of this hostel, you could tell right away they are mindful about being resourceful. They're also the most affordable hostel in Bocas that I could find, if you're investment focus is purely price. I do feel that they could work on answering phone calls, doorbell rings/knocks, whatsapp text alittle more efficiently and timely. Just so you're not waiting outside for 25 minutes like I did, lol."
