"The property offers access to a very nice and almost empty beach and has a large outdoor pool. Staff are nice and welcoming. They allowed us a late checkout. The food is good, although a bit pricey."

It is in Kigamboni, really far away from everything and the location pin on booking is at the wrong place, most likely by intention (we confronted the staff - they all knew and gave erratic responses. They play music on weekends, beware, the volume is obnoxious and no one seems to enjoy that. The rooms are very dated and are not worth the money they charge.

"Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly (one guy at the desk was very rude). Nice pool. Nice stretch of water to swim in, with a pebble/sand area near the ocean entrance. Comfortable room (except they cut the power to air conditioning when you leave the room)."

The drinks, especially the wine was very disappointing. I guess I should plan on paying extra for higher quality. Real coffee (not instant) would be a nice alternative. Thanks.

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

"The staff were both professional and friendly, doing a great job accommodating my dad and I. The two bedroom suite was absolutely gorgeous with a stunning balcony view of the beach. It was a pleasure both during the day and nighttime."

There weren't much I did not like about the resort. The suite was comfortable, the staff were pleasure to interact with, the beach was lovely and the meals were good. I appreciated the location because there were so many alternative restaurants nearby to choice from as well. The only suggestion I would offer is having weekly documentation of activities on site when customers check in. My dad likes Aqua Aerobics and I would have liked to know in advance the days and times he could have participated. Unfortunately, we only knew of the activities when we were going to breakfast and saw it in action.

"The rooms are large and comfortable. The grounds are very well kept, and the pool area is wonderful. This was my third time at this property in ten years. The service was excellent."

The hotel organizes events on the grounds that go until midnight. The first night we were there, it was very loud and the noise was right in our room. The third night, there was another one. It takes away from the calm of the property to host these types of events, even on weeknights. This fact makes me reconsider staying here again because it spoils having a quiet evening in the room or hotel.

Honestly, some of the biggest hotel rooms I have ever seen, in a small room budget. They looked good, the bed was comfortable, we received a wine as a welcome gift."

In one of the rooms I think the heating was not functioning properly, but it was fine, the weather was not too cold anyway

"this place is heaven. the beachfront cabin we had was so close to the beach. the bay is so quiet clam and serene. there is a coral reef a short walk from the lodge. we snorkelled with turtles! this place is so relaxing and wonderful. would recommend!!!"

"The view from the restaurant is beautiful and the whole place is so beautiful and peaceful. The linen was top notch. Breakfast was also very good. Me and my family loved it."

"Staff: super supportive. One of the member of our party injured, and Cresta staff immediately checked her status, then suggested us the solutions (private doctor or public hospital) then someone escorted us to the doctor then the pharmacy. Food: extremely rich breakfast, fantastic selection of foods for dinner. All the three evenings the staff congratulated to the guests who had anniversary with some folk-dance and singing improvized. The park: everywhere warthogs, some bushbucks, banded mongooses and cheeky vervets (be careful, they are stealers!) Rooms: cosy Programs: there is a travel office on site, and they organize trips to Vic Falls, Chobe Game Reserve and boat cruises on Chobe River."

The pillow is hard, not comfy. The beach area is ok, but you can't swim. You need to walk 200 meters if you want to swim at the beach area. But too many rocks. Not really safe. Fpod is great.

He is very nice and helpful. Good breakfast. Safe area. Big shopping centers at walking distance. Laundry close by. It's about 2.5 km from city center. We enjoyed our stay and consider to stay in future."

"Close to the airport so for us a good place to stay the first night in Namibia. The room was fine and we slept well. Quiet and clean. We appreciated the gym. Good breakfast and dining options."

The whole place felt a bit dated, and in need of a spruce up.

Very nice scenery feels kinda like a forest/jungle and a staying in a cabin. -nice big pool and chairs to lounge on around pool. -good breakfast eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt. Order the food freshly made. And cookie/muffin (wish it had more options like pancakes/waffles) -The rooms very clean and spacious, great tv lots of channels. -Supper/restaurant is good has a good amount of options(little pricy tho, room delivery for a few) -Beds comfy(but it’s 2 beds put together as one and so you can’t lay in middle. As you feel the separated beds) Kind staff"

Cons- The hot water last about 1min in the bathtub. Maybe 5mins in the shower. -Wifi didn’t work at all (connected but didn’t load nothing) -Not soundproof can hear people walking past. -The beds is not 1 bed it’s 2 beds put together and you can definitely feel the separated part in middle.

"Amazing views, right on Crocodile River and the bridge leading up to Malelane Gate. Staff were very cordial, polite and did their best to cater to our queries and needs. They even had our breakfast packed on the Saturday morning when we had planned to go to Kruger early. Our accommodation was also very nice, with all necessary amenities. Food options for dinner and other meals were excellent, including buffet and a la carte. Bar was nice too. Spa was excellent."

The stay was great overall, but the Wi-Fi could have been a little stronger. Other than that, I have no other complaints.

"Michael the doorman was very friendly and informative. He gave us plenty of information on the surrounding wildlife. The location was close to Fota wildlife park which was well worth a visit. There was a good selection for breakfast with a continental buffet and hot food from the menu. Lunch and dinner were also top notch. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi were nice and quiet during the evening."

The mattress is not very comfortable. The sofa-bed was actually better.

La cama se movía se movía mucho y se corría del lugar muy incómodo de verdad El tv nunca funcionó Llamamos a recepción y nunca contestaron Mucha gente en recepción ala hora de la entrada
