He is very nice and helpful. Good breakfast. Safe area. Big shopping centers at walking distance. Laundry close by. It's about 2.5 km from city center. We enjoyed our stay and consider to stay in future."

"The pool was amazing for my back and joints. The hot water is amazing. Rooms are nice and cosy, the ac was turned on most of the time because it was super cold outside. The staff were very friendly and kind. The location is quiet and the sunset and sunrise view were lovely. There is ample parking as well, that's a huge plus in my book."

They aren’t the best at communicating. During our stay the main restaurant was closed we had no idea till we tried to go eat. Wasn’t that the biggest deal because they own another restaurant at the bottom of the hill and took us to and from.

"We enjoyed our stay at the bacherhof resort. We were skiing for a few days and enjoyed the breakfast and the comfortable beds. The host and the family are very nice and helpful. The location was very good for us, near kaprun /zell am see/saalbach ski areas. Hopefully I'll have the chance to get back again. Thank you for having us Miki & noga"

"During my honeymoon trip I got the privilege to stay at Ananea. Through the stay we experienced world class hospitality, exposed to breathtaking scenery, great f&b options and lots of water/land activities."

The only thing we missed was the experience of room service access anytime of the day or night. Some days dinning time frames seemed too short.

"All of the staff, save for one, were welcoming and helpful and wonderful. The rooms were tucked away and quiet, especially on the weekdays (there were fun, loud parties happening until late at neighboring properties on the weekend). They were clean and equipped with mosquito nets, soap, and hot water in the evenings. Also, watching the fishermen and watching the wrestling on Sunday were amazing experiences. The food was delicious and affordable, and the beach view and many available beach lounging chairs made it a very relaxing place to be."

The rooms didn't have any lockable safes and the windows looked like they'd be easy to break in to. There was no running water in our rooms some of the mornings, but I don't know if I had any accommodation anywhere in Gambia that didn't have plumbing problems. Also, while most of the staff was excellent, the daytime security guy (Jawal?) was trying too hard to be too friendly. As a young woman, I was already dealing with a lot of unwanted male attention, and you'd think the security guards would help keep me safe, but the security guard kept trying to pressure me repeatedly to take gifts from him, even after I made it clear I was not interested. Who's supposed to keep me safe from creeps when the security guy is being a creep? I hope they can hire someone better for the job, because otherwise it was a great place to stay.

"Excellent historic building and interiors. The park with the pond looked nice too, but didn't have time to walk around. Several rooms are for team working activities. Cute spa with big jacuzzis and several saunas. We were welcomed by a very nice lady."

Restaurant could have something simple for eating, too. We don't need the full menu all the time. Some fruits, cheese, cookies, for example.

There are a lot of steps if you are staying in a lower level unit.

The spa was a bad experience. They only accepted cash and asked for extra charge for bathrobes. The floor was wet and slippery. The changing rooms cold. There were 4 people blasting music on their bluetooth speaker and not a single employee came to say anything.

"Location and accessibility for magical snorkelling and diving. Food, varied choices and delicious. Ice cream amazing. Staff friendly, helpful and always available for any queries you may have. We had a hut on the beach, awesome. A fantastic relaxed place to stay. We will definitely return."

"The location is wonderful, the chalet was nestled in the bush, wonderfully quiet and serene. Magnificent views as well as spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The meals were delicious, a full spread for breakfast, and the dinners were delicious."

Only that the hot water seems to run out in the evenings.

You will likely want to rent a car since the attractions you can walk to are nice but limited; with a car we really enjoyed Anguilla from this location. It was a bit on the pricey side for just my wife and I, but would be a great option for a larger group or for families.

"年数は感じるもののオシャレな外観。 １室が中で２部屋に分かれており、更にそれぞれ２つずつベッドがありました。部屋同士もトイレや浴室のある通路をドアで挟んでおり行き来できます。それぞれの部屋も広い。エアコンもしっかり効くし、wi-fiやワイヤレス充電器もある。 朝食はゴルフ場のレストランで、サラダ、トースト、スクランブルエッグ＆ベーコン、スープ、ヨーグルト、飲み物をいただきました。美味しかったですが、ヨーグルトは大人向けの味です。甘くないので、子供達はトーストの苺ジャムを混ぜました。 スタッフはみんな丁寧な方ばかりでした。"

室内の鍵がかからない所がある。バルコニーへの鍵も壊れてて開かない。外スリッパも準備されているのに。時期的なものもあるかも知れないけど、窓が虫ついてて汚れている。 近くにコンビニ等ないので、夕食はよく考えてから施設に向かいましょう。

"The location was wonderful! I loved the hot pot on site and the sauna! The proximity to so many water falls and Laugarfell was great! We enjoyed the cute museum on site and appreciated the 50% discount! The staff was incredibly helpful. We forgot a suitcase and they quickly realized our mistake and called us before we had been gone more than a few minutes. It was a quick turnaround to be reunited with our belongings! So kind and thoughtful!"

The carpets were dirty (but how could they be clean in a beach town?), but otherwise everything was fantastic.

"Very helpful and accomodating team in reception and the main restaurant. We loved our room: generously sized, nicely decorated, convenient kitchenette corner. The nature pool was fantastic, and it was great to be able to use resort equipment (snorkeling, bikes, etc). The food was very good, we ate well. 🙂"

We loved the location and food in the beach bar, unfortunately the server there was not very good: not especially friendly or quick.
