Positive point:
"Location is good. Tunnel construction prevented timely travel to the north but travel to the southern locations of the Lofoten Islands was good."
Negative point:
"Fridge should have had instructions about where to put food. A permanent marker should have been provided to label food. We got in very late and put our food {4 or 5 days worth) on the most empty shelf. The next day we went hiking and came back to find that all our food was thrown out because it was on the 5th shelf corresponding to room 5 which had checked out. The staff graciously reimbursed the value of the food ($75 USD). The staff was very apologetic that the cleaning staff had thrown such a large amount of food (most unopened). Rooms 1 & 2 in cabin 3 are very small due to bathrooms on that side. Rooms 3, 4 & 5 were at least 2 feet wider which is significant in a small room."
