"We had the top floor corner unit with panoramic views of Lake Lucerne. Quiet at night. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Hotel’s restaurant was excellent. We were out midday so we missed mittagessen (seems many people walk or take the funicular up to have lunch at the hotel) but had their nachmittag which was excellent (salad was great)."

"Internet was difficult to connect to but Caroline was very helpful and got us connected. The bathroom was mostly clean but needs updating. The bathroom window opens to the terrace for the room next door. There were bars on the window to limit visibility but they are not effective. An outside shutter would be helpful for privacy so window could be open wider to let out steam from shower."

"The breakfast is very good and the staff very very kind. The location is also great, amazing views. To go to Lucerne you need to take the funicular and then a bus, ot by car. The hotel has a great mini-golf and is ideal for hikilcking and relax."

"Bedroom are very small and extremely hot in summer. They dont have AC and it is a massive miss as sleep is very difficult. Open the windows doesn't solve the issue as you room will be full of bugs instantly. Lastly, they have shared bathrooms but probably that was on me as I missed that in the description."

"The staff were incredibly accommodating and couldn't be more helpful! A nice touch with a personalised welcome letter too! The location is unbelievably beautiful. Truly incredible views from anywhere at the hotel. Especially from our room balcony! (They even provided binoculars!)"
