"I stayed at Lakeshore Banani for two days and had an excellent experience. They upgraded my suite for the entire stay. I requested stable Wi-Fi for an important meeting, and the staff proactively sent a technician to check the connection. The complimentary buffet breakfast was excellent. The best part of this hotel is its staff, always smiling and ready to serve. Bonus: there are plenty of shops and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. I would love to stay there again when needed."

"Fairly new hotel decorated tastefully at a great price. Fantastic service from staff in all departments. Quiet, safe location. Top quality breakfast chefs and waiting staff. Housekeeping went the extra mile to help me with needs. Mr Ricky was super helpful and approachable"

"Waiting for lift, though not a big issue at all. Double rooms can be small with lots of luggage- be sure to try book the executive rooms!"
