"Everything. Super friendly staff (especially the lady at the reception). Nice breakfast. Very clean hotel."

"Aucun."

"Fabulous property and fantastic fitness center. Nice, albeit comparatively smaller spa. Very comfortable beds. Superb buffet breakfast. Extremely challenging mini golf course on site."

"Could add potatoes and some vegetables to the morning buffet. Perhaps not sufficient onsite parking. A bit removed from town, but very close (easily walkable) to the local bus."

"A hotel stay I won't soon forget. Phenomenal service from start to finish. Breakfast was outstanding, the room and bed comfortable, even with a "bespoke pillow menu" (!) Hotel staff went above and beyond to connect us with a local bike shop to facilitate a specific rental. (Wonderful cycling scenery, to boot) It's a pricey stay obviously, but feel we got what we paid for."

"Very supporting staffs and smooth check in. Quite a lively and safe place for a family. Excellent breakfast choices. Comfortable and clean rooms. Value for money overall, free wifi, supermarket and public transport is very nearby."

"Nothing as such."

"Located super close to Ascona's center, within walking distance. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially when we had additional requests. The self-service bar at night was a convenient and enjoyable feature."

"For me the bed mattress was to soft. My wife loved it though!"

"The property is very clean, close enough to town to walk, and the rooms are spacious. Bathrooms are small but very functional and well equipped. Wonderful water pressure for the shower. The staff is amazing and very helpful and it felt like you are a special guest. Very attentive."

"Only thing is that after 6 pm, or maybe earlier I can’t recall, there is no food service available. That’s the only issue especially if you don’t have a car because you will need to walk into town to get anything. My husband and son had lunch at the restaurant and said it was delicious. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of food, but not much variety day-to-day, but that was OK with us!"
