"I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming — they even remembered my name.I stayed here twice: first for a short one-night stay, and then returned three days later. When I checked back in, they had already placed my luggage in my room, which was such a thoughtful touch. They also kindly waited with me early in the morning for my agency pickup, making sure my safety. On my checkout day — which happened to be Valentine’s Day — they surprised me with a big hug. It really felt like staying at home rather than at a hotel."

"The host was incredibly kind and accommodating. Let us store our luggage for free and gave us access to the accommodation while we waited for our bus. Room was spacious and comfortable and the views of Cusco were great. Keep in mind the hostel is located up hill quite a ways so some physical capability to go down to the square everyday is needed but we enjoyed it."
