Positive point:
"What makes the hotel special is the personel. The owner, Stephan, is a fantastic person who runs a family business and took extra time to talk to us, give us valuable insight, made sure we were taken care off and safe. The ladies who run the place for him are also spectacular. The location is a bit off Puno, on the other side than the little harbour from which the Titicaca boats leave. But it is not far and if you want to avoid the chaos of Puno, this is perfect. The breakfast is lovely, with fresh fruits and strong coffee. The views of lake Tititcaca are simply stunning."
Negative point:
"We liked everything and everyone, maybe just the facilities (especially the bathroom plumbing and water fixtures) could be a bit reviewed. But these are small things, we had a very nice stay without any negative."
