"The hired staff was absolutely polite and keen above all to help out the guests. The room was clean and the price was reasonable. The most beneficial element was that this specific branch is close to all of Abha's view points. It was a great experience for me at this hotel and it was my second time here. I will look forward to always coming to this hotel and hope they keep up the good work."

"The hotel was great and excellent service by the team. the only thing that i am not satisfied was the hot water amount during my shower time which is not enough. i hope this will be fixed and for sure i will be using your hotel again this year, and for the convenience for the rest of the visitors as well."
