Positive point:
"The staff at reception and front desk were so friendly and attentive. Tranquil surroundings and facilities were outstanding and I appreciated the range of activities they set for us."
Negative point:
"We attended the Sky Cinema event - in the evening it gets cold and I couldn't find ground staff to light the gas patio heaters. A pity as we wanted to stay and watch the movie but it was too cold."
