Positive point:
"I loved the staff the most - the Saudi receptionist and the Bangladeshi porter were the nicest hotel employees I met in this country. It makes a difference when you're welcomed with a sincere smile. They were so kind and offered me coffee and dates. The room was spacious with a clean and comfortable bed. Highly recommended."
Negative point:
"The location isn't ideal. It's on the outskirts, in the southernmost part of the city, restaurants being rather far."

Positive point:
"A Hidden Gem – Far Beyond Expectations! This hotel completely exceeded our expectations! Officially rated three stars, I would easily give it 4.5 stars—better than many Radisson or Marriott properties we’ve stayed at. The staff mentioned they can’t add extra stars because there’s no pool, but honestly, who needs one when you have the stunning Red Sea right at your doorstep? Everything about this place is impressive: the cleanliness, the rooms, the décor, and the thoughtful touches throughout. It truly feels more luxurious than many higher-rated hotels we’ve visited. The food was also very good. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a memorable stay by the Red Sea—an absolute gem that surprises in every way!"
