"I wanted to give a 10 but one point made me give it a 9. The front desk didn't inform us that there was a parking garage downstairs or where the entry and exit was until we asked on our 2nd day because there was no parking outside."

Positive point:
"Our young family of 4 stayed here for 2 months and absolutely enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very spacious, tastefully furnished and decorated and looks exactly as advertised. The apartment is also conveniently located, 5 minute walking distance to al makan mall and eateries. Our host, Mr Tawfiq was very prompt in replying to our messages and went beyond the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. Navin"
