Positive point:
"Everything was great! The owner went above and beyond. He gave great suggestions of things to do in and around the area. If you're able, it's best to have your own transport so you can see all the sites nearby."
Negative point:
"It is best to have your own transportation."

Positive point:
"The staff were extremely kind, attentive and helpful. I have traveled extensively and have rarely stayed in a place with this level of personal service and kindness. Go here for the service - they even helped me change my travel plans after my original plans did not work out. They created what turned out to be an even better set of plans. They are thoroughly professional. If I return to Hualien I will stay here for sure."
Negative point:
"The beds were a bit too firm for my liking but the rest of the room was perfect."
