Positive point:
"Reliable airport shuttle that is on time, friendly driver who speaks English and Mandarin. My flight got delayed and they (more specifically, Ricky) extended my checkout time for another 2 hours or so free! SO thankful for that! Breakfast with many varieties, western, locals, spoilt for choices! Little bakery/cafe right at the ground floor that serves everything a sweet tooth would ask for! Love the rain shower Everyone is friendly and attentive! Love it!!! MRT is right beside the hotel and is sheltered walkway."
Negative point:
"Nothing in particular actually, but if I were to nitpick, I hope the shower room floor/tiles can be anti-slippery or the anti-slip mat can be a little larger to prevent falls... Otherwise, all is good!"
