"Staff was neither very helpful nor friendly. We had lots of problem with airco not working properly for the first 2 nights out of 3!! Tedious process each time with keys to be left at reception including for our car and having to wait each time at front desk with not friendly staff. Not helpful with getting our internet card sim for wifi outside the hotel."

The desk has 24 hour service and it’s where you pickup your breakfast if you are going out on ana early morning trip to see the geysers or the flamingos, for example. The staff was great."

"The swimming pools felt as though the were run through a refrigerant and were ice cold. Unuseable. Never saw anyone in the pools. While the on site dining had great food, the wait staff was unattentive and seemed to be more interested in talking among themselves than waiting on tables. I was surprised that there was not air conditioning, however they were in the process of installing it. That said, I would still recommend to hotel"

"The Wi-Fi service is horrible, but this is true all over Saint Pedro de Atacama. They advertise a hot tub, but they don’t keep it hot, so if you want to use it, you have to reserve it at least 90 minutes in advance so they have time to heat it up, and it cost $12."
