"Generally We noticed some mistreatment of a local dog and we didn’t quite like that. Unclear if that was their dog or just a stray dog that was coming in for a visit but we noticed they threw it out of the fence without much regard for the animal."

"We liked Nova Sintra. It is very charming particularly the central place. We liked the path to Fuja da Agua, a very beautiful and particular hike for many reasons. The Guesthouse itself was good and Eurico is nice and helpful. The breakfast is copious."
