"Tout s'est très bien passé, la communication avec Patrick était excellente, l'appartement a subi quelques améliorations depuis notre passage il y a quelques années, l'emplacement sur le Plato est parfaite."

"Un petit détail qui ajouterait un peu plus de confort: au moins une bouteille d'eau minérale à l'arrivée, bien souvent nocture sur Santiago, quand il est déjà trop tard pour en acheter dans les commerces du centre-ville. Une seconde suggestion: quand il y a plusieurs adultes, un deuxième jeu de clés pourrait être disponible. À propos de clé, et c'est le seul défaut de l'appartement, la serrure de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble peut souvent être très énervante, il y a une position à trouver pour réussir à l'ouvrir."
