"My stay at the hostel was absolutely amazing! Daniel is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He gave me fantastic tips on the best places and times to see wildlife in San Cristóbal, and even went out of his way to accompany me around the island when I needed help. He truly made my experience unforgettable. I loved every moment of my stay at Hostel Terito and would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting San Cristóbal!"

"It was a refreshing change from my normal hotel stays. Terito is a step away from a home-stay and eight steps away from a run-of-the-mill Hilton. Small, clean, great Wi-Fi. The family and owners are easily available if you have question. Daniel, the primary person I interacted with, was very helpful in explaining things about the island. Also good personality. Had some interesting suggestions of places most of the tourists passing through don't go to. For instance, mentioned a nice, quiet beach that was walkable with some effort. Just marine iguanas and myself on the sandy, white beach when I was there (7-9:30 AM). Everything else about Terito is fine. It met the need of staying at an economical place while I was waiting two days in Puerto Baquerizo for my other mates to arrive. One more thing - Puerto Baquerizo was a nice port town to fly into and out of. I liked the feel of this smaller town verses the slightly more touristy Puerto Ayora. Access to the Airport much easier."
"It didn't materialize but there was a fear of it being too noisy on the Saturday and Sunday nights I stayed there. There is a low class Karaoke bar, The Neptune, down the street and I was worried that it would blare all night (ok, not all night, to just 3 am). And it did but the room that fronted that direction was outfitted with a fairly effective sound-reducing window. Frankly I was surprised on how effective it was. But other rooms may not be fitted with the barrier and other hotels in the area may not as well. Something to consider when lookng at places on google maps."
"The family. especially Daniel (who speaks fluent English,) was always available and eager to help with lots of info and advice. We learned a lot from him about the island. His parents are also very sweet and helpful Family allows guests to share their kitchen, dining room and living room. Convenient, quiet location. Room was quiet and Bed was good."
"No real hot water. Shower water was lukewarm at best. No real common space or lobby, other than the family's space"
"Wonderful hosts! Free water, hot showers, clean rooms, short walk to downtown."
"Kitchen didn’t have gas (no gas delivery to island?). Bad Internet (go to Yapaya ice cream shop- $1 cone and good WiFi!)"

"The place was amazing, it exceeded my expectations. Super clean and comfy, I had the entire room for myself, private bathroom. Maybe a 2 min walk to the beach, close to everything, stores, restaurants, pharmacies, souvenirs... A friendly owner, very helpful. I'd definitely go back on my way back from the mountains. Recommended"

"The woman at the front desk was very helpful when she was there! She helped us figure out transportation options, among other things! It was nice usually having potable water available in the kitchen for water bottles. The hotel felt safe, and it was nice having an outdoor area."
Avis de Annika Hostal White House Galapagos
"It’s a quirky Hotel with a lot of view points, neat, organized rooms, and in an amazing location. They sat us down when we arrived and talked over the whole trip to the Galapagos with us. They will absolutely make sure you have a great trip from start to finish and will help you out with everything. Victor and his son Aaron were extremely nice and helpful. A++++"

"Helpful staff. Great common areas. Free shuttle to or from the airport (one way). Only 10 minutes to airport. A small selection of restaurants in the area, but decent food options right at the hotel. I could see Cotopaxi from the rooftop!"

Avis de Hrusovsky Galapagos Morning Glory
"The hotel looks very ordinary from the outside but the owners have done a remarkable job of moderning and refurbishing the interior of the hotel and the rooms. This is an excellent hotel, the rooms were spacious and clean, the beds comfortable and the plumbing modern and new. They served a good breakfast and the owners/staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended."
Avis de Braydon Hotel Joya de la Selva
"The staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. Location was great. Just out of the bustle of tourist town but within 2 blocks of 5 or 6 great restaurants. The room we had had a big deck with a sea view, great for relaxing. Air conditioning was more than up to the task and room had a mini bar fridge. Two pools were refreshing and kept very clean. Breakfast was very good albeit without much changes from day to day. We stayed 12 days, more than the usual for Galapagos, and were very happy with our choice of accommodation."
