This family-run establishment offers a peaceful and friendly break at Ios Island and is only 492 feet from Chora’s main square. The Avanti is peacefully found in the upper part of the Chora offering splendid views of the town and partly of the Aegean Sea. In this serene setting you can comfortably relax by the swimming water feature or have a drink at the bar. All dwelling units supply a private balcony with panoramic views of traditional Chora. The Avanti offers beautiful corners full of flowers around the infinity pool combined with beautiful views. One of the most well known beaches on the island, Mylopotas is a mere 5 minute drive from Chora.

"This place was amazing! Family run and everyone was so accommodating. The view of the town was amazing from the pool! I liked staying somewhere with a view of Chora instead of right inside the town but still being a short 5 minute walk away to explore. Restaurants and 4wheeler rental were all very close. 10 to 10 would stay here again."

"Very nicely decorated rooms and outdoor areas. Nice view from balcony over chora and the sea. Short walk into chora, with everything you need of shops, supermarket, cafés and restaurant, bars etc. Ios town is such a cute town, and you can also walk 20 min to Mylopotas beach which is a great sandy beach. In October I had the whole beach to myself, but guess it is more busy in high season. Margherita, the hostess was also very friendly and picked me up in the port at arrival and offered to drive me at departure. Would higly recommend to everyone. Would definitely stay again if I ever come back to Ios."

"Quiet hotel, nice and helpful staff, tasty breakfast, close to the beach, perfect for families. If you have a car, the hotel has good position to start you trips to western Krete. There is a sandy beach which is used by turtles to lay eggs. During august you may be lucky to see the young ones to hatch from the eggs. We have seen one. :-)"

"The hotel staff is incredibly kind and always ready to help. The facilities are fantastic — clean, well maintained, and very family-oriented. They even cooked fresh food for our baby every day and delivered it right on time with a smile! The food is excellent, and there’s a great variety of activities for both kids and adults. Having a supermarket inside the hotel is super convenient for last-minute needs like sunscreen or diapers. There’s also a car rental service and several tour operators on-site offering nice excursion packages. We loved the thoughtful touches, like the welcome basket with wine and fruits and the olive oil farewell gift. The bus to Chania stops right in front of the hotel, and the little train excursion to the lake is a perfect morning activity. The hotel app is also very useful — it has all the information you need for your stay."

Μας πήρε τηλ να μας καθοδηγήσει,έφερνε ξύλα για το τζάκι κάθε απόγευμα,ευγενικότατη,τα είχε ολα στην εντέλεια,πρωινό με φρυγανιές,καφέ,τσαι,μελι,και καλοσώρισμα.Ακόμα κ όταν ζητσαμε κάτι που είχαμε ξεχάσει να κραταμε μαζί μας (Ένα καλώδιο σύνδεσης ) Προσφέρθηκε άμεσα και μας βρήκε,και ειδικά εορταστικές μέρες που όλα ήταν κλειστά στην πόλη."

"Very nice modern apartment with all the amenities including air conditioning and washing machine, which was very helpful. It is located in about 100 meters from the beach in a small town of Vonitsa. It is not far from Lefkada, about 20 minutes by car. The host is very nice and even left some snacks for our breakfast on the first day. The bakery is next door, which is also very helpful."
