"The staff especially Maria and Susana. They went above and beyond to answer all our questions. Exactly on the day of our check out the taxis/uber were on strike and they managed to schedule our transfer to the airport at a reasonable price. Also, as it was a very early check-out they even packed breakfast to go. Amazing customer service and support!"
