Panorama Suites

"This is a perfect place to enjoy Fira and its surroundings. Breathtaking view of the caldera and Santorini's white and blue residences. It's centrally located, steps away from shops, dining, and transportation options. [By the way, we rented a car from Car Ltd . . . great car, great price, excellent service] The pool provided a welcome respite on hot days, and an incomparable view. Breakfast was made to order, served poolside every day, and was by far the best we enjoyed on our 2-week Greek holiday. Hotel management made our stay extra special, and arranged our transport to the airport very efficiently at the end of our stay. It's a bit of a hike to and from the lobby, which we found amusing once we figured it out. We definitely appreciated the porters who carried our bags for us. We loved Panorama suites and would stay again gladly."

"Not the properties fault but you really have to be in shape to go up and down the stairs. It’s more my fault than the property. They do have a small elevator."

"This was our second time at Panorama Suites, and it was everything I remembered it to be. Incredible views, amazing staff, and we got the same room (33), right over the pool. Peter was very helpful with our luggage and transfer when we had an early 7am flight, and they even offered us sandwiches since we couldn't partake in the breakfast. My go-to hotel if we come back to Santorini, it's perfect."

"Don’t use the lower elevator. We (5 people) were stuck on it for nearly an hour. I was seriously concerned that we were going to run out of air before they got us out. Very scary experience and the hotel basically offered nothing to make up for it other than a bottle of wine. Unacceptable."
