Positive point:
"The Beach and the swimming pool The staff are very friendly and very helpful, especially Sawsan, who was very kind, helpful and always smiling. I would also like to thank Hadeel, Inès and Raed Assoul, all helpful and kind. Overall, the hotel is good, hospitality is great, beach is clean and water is crystal clear, swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) are good."
Negative point:
"Old room furniture, mainly the towels"
