"location , breakfast , staff , cleanliness. everything was amazing. i would like to specially mention name of lady who did too much for us when we reached hotel and wanted to check in. her name was NATALIA . really thanks a lot for her for going out of the way to help us. we enjoyed our stay."

"nothing which we did not like."

"The location is amazing, and all of the staff working there are incredibly kind and helpful. The room was newly renovated, comfortable, and very clean."

"I mixed up the hotels in my original review, this hotel was fantastic!"

"We loved this property. The restaurant was very good, and the ambiance was a cool vibe. Their drinks were delicious and the staff were so nice and on top of everything. We asked our waitress where would be a good local spot to watch the northern lights and she gave us the perfect spot! The location of this hotel is perfect your right in the heart of this town. Shops all around you and bars and food trucks across the way. The hotel and room were very clean and very comfortable."

"The only negative thing we could say is the room needed a little TLC. One of the tiles in the bathroom had water damage and the towel racks were broken. Something that wasn’t that big of a problem was the tv only works if you have a log in for Netflix or Amazon prime so we couldn’t watch tv due to not having that."

"The breakfast was great and the beds were very comfortable. Parking was convenient and the central location was nice."

"Using the GPS on the hotel address confused google maps but after recheckig our confirmation email and using the address it listed, it all worked out."

"Excellent location. Clean and well maintained. Room was great, spacious and well equipped. Staff is very friendly and attentive."

"Still partly under construction although this didn’t bother us. While I have a lot of praise about staff, it always bothers me that I am not able to get service in Icelandic in hotels, shops and restaurants."

"Perfect location in the middle of beautiful Akureyri. We stopped here to take a break from our Campervan and were easily able to use the free (on weekends) parking lot a short 2 min walk away. Everything felt safe. The room itself was very modern and clean."

"The room we booked was very small, so knowing this and if I would’ve seen more pictures in advance, I would’ve likely booked the bigger option. Ok for one night with max of 2 people. Minimal room for luggage."

"Hótel was booked last minute as a plan B necessity- as we had a flat tire on the weekend. It was perfect for a party of 3. Room was very clean, and the sofa bed was already setup. We did go to the bar auto have a nightcap and the bartender was the absolute best- he helped us with directions to the tire place and gave us a lot of pointers that helped us out in the long run."

"We arrived at little later in the evening and struggled a little finding the actual hotel check in desk because the restaurant is also called Centrum. We did get staff help after wandering around a little and eventually found the right path."

"Restaurant was great. Laundry facilities nice as well."

"Parking and directions on google maps was a little confusing."

"We had a great stay! The hotel is centrally located. The restaurant and bar is very welcoming. Parking is easy. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and they went the extra mile for us."

"Aucun."
