"We loved staying here. The locations was great- on the golden circle and near a great town with great food and amenities. We also did a ride while we were there and loved it. Excellent breakfast, northern lights, and comfy beds."

"The hotel was very clean. The staff was kind, professional, and went out of their way to accommodate us. The included breakfast was above average quality with a nice variety of options. The restaurant was very high quality! The geothermal hot tub is lovely and offers a good view. The location was very easy to get to, quiet, and very close to the geothermal river and shopping facilities if needed. We liked it so much that we booked a stay on our drive east and again on our way back towards the airport."

"My only complaint is that we heard a fairly young waitress making snarky comments from the kitchen about some of the diners. If you like to stay up late to have drinks, the bar is not open very late."

"We needed a third bed. It was lower than the other two twin beds, but perfectly comfortable and the room was very cozy. Window and door operation to the outside were very smooth and airtight."

"We came for a convenient and reasonable stay near Reykjavík and then to ride the beautiful horses. We got in late and they were kind enough to still make us a table for dinner . Comfy beds and convenient parking. Nice seating area near lobby with books and games and coffee/ tea."

The location was perfect along the Golden Circle, but near two towns. We also saw the Northern lights one night and did a horseback riding tour offered by the hotel."
