"There is a small hill to traverse with luggage to make it to the front door. It was a bit steep. The app to login was not allowing me to add my payment info for the contactless check-in. The front desk staff were very helpful with that but it was not convenient having to install an app and create an account just to open the front door."

"Quiet room close to Krónan supermarket/Ice wear store and food cafes. Walkable to black sand beach. Easy communication with property during the days leading up to our check in. The app download/ check in link was a bit difficult due to my SIM card number being different but they were helpful."
