"Hands down to the front desk team, the evening and morning guys. Extremely helpful and caring in every detail. I travel a lot (I am very blessed for it) and I also work in the travel industry, and I will say it was the best front desk team I ever met. I was supposed to go back on the 5th but due to the issues in the refiywe left the country sooner than expected, and we receiya full refund right away (it was non-refundable). Definitely I will book again when coming back to Jordan, which I will. Great people in a beautiful country"

"I requested a smoking room. But ended up in a non-smoking room because as per the reception when i checked-in he said i need to wait more time. He gave me room 129 which is sadly there’s no goodview and the bathroom is a bit dirty. When you take a shower, the water goes out and it floods the floor. You can check it aswell. "I booked my stay at the Ibis Amman Hotel from 01–04 December 2025. Due to the welcoming environment and outstanding hospitality, I extended my stay until 11 December 2025. I was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the entire team, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. The hotel is surrounded by many convenient facilities, including shopping malls, restaurants, and easy access to taxi services. I would like to especially commend Mr. Mahmoud on the 5th floor for his warm greetings, patience, and dedication. He consistently waited politely for us to be ready so he could perform his duties and ensured the room was kept exceptionally clean, always adding thoughtful touches that made our stay more pleasant. Thanks to the staff’s professionalism and attention to detail, my stay was extremely comfortable and enjoyable.
