"I loved the location and the staff was very nice and friendly. I had the perfect room with patio with the best view & a hammock. The food was delicious, there were a lot of delicious vegan options for each meals. The dining space is beautiful and the owners are often around with an excellent music selection. The view is stunning and the location is extremely peaceful & relaxing, this is exactly what I wanted to start the year. I couldn’t ask for more for a first time in Las Terrenas."

Nothing was negative honestly. I would say maybe the pool area should be tidy-up a bit more. I wasn’t comfortable to lay down by the pool. The natural setting and the view is amazing though.

"The property has a very low ranking; therefore, I was suspicious regarding what to expect before the stay. However, almost everything was OK. I booked the best room and its is fully OK. The property responded to my questions very fast. The manager/ owner was very helpful. Dinner - not much choice, but very tasty (just bit too expensive). Nice small beach."

Delayed breakfast, but hope this was just a special case.

What was there not to like?

"The property is gorgeous, with a little walk you are right on the beachfront, and you are right next to the french quarter which is perfect for going out, restauration, and the Abissa festival! Precieux was super helpful with everything we needed, and they were flexible with our checkout and letting us leave our bags for the next day. It's not directly on the beach, but the property is lovely and the beach is right next door."

"We had a spectacular time staying at the Tsoelike River Lodge in Lesotho! The staff was exceptionally friendly, making sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. They consistently checked in with us to make sure our fires were lit in our cabins, if we needed the room to be freshened up, and if we were enjoying our time. This on top of the stunning mountain views right from your window made for a wonderful stay."

No complaints! We had a great time and would book again upon returning to Lesotho.

"Very good vibes in the heart of the forest. I recommend to utilize golf cars to help gusts to go up to the Main Street , also they have to bring card machines, food and beverages to be ordered from the cottage."

"The scenery on top of the high hills is much more beautiful! Afternoon a natural silence and peaceful atmosphere is created. I like it very much. I decided to go again."

Liked everything. But the height of this hill is a bit high so I would suggest that one should not take the elderly.

"We just had a 3 night stay here. The cottage is very unique - little rustic with a lot of character . We enjoyed the full kitchen and were able to cook great meals and enjoyed eating outside on the large wrap around deck. You feel like you’re in a treehouse and very secluded. Yet you’re very close to the beach and town. We loved the big spacious bathroom and having hot water was a bonus! Jac-Luc was a great host and communicated well ensuring we were comfortable and had what we needed. We felt it was great value for money and would recommend and we’d stay again."

"Perfect place to stay on the lake with a very nice host family. You can organize your visits with them. Very clean and large room, balcony to enjoy sunset and sunrise. Excellent and generous breakfast, same for dinner."

Nothing really, but of course this is not the place to stay if you are looking for hotel services and European style food.

"Gazdarica nas je docekala izuzetno ljubazna, apartman je bio cist i uredan Pored smestaja se nalazi lokal sa bilijarom i pikadom, prodavnica i autobuska stanica su veoma blizu."

"Friendly staff with breakfast in the morning. I enjoyed relaxing on the front porch with beautiful garden scenery surrounding. It was a simple rustic bungalow."

Sometimes the water didn’t work. There were large black wasps making a nest in the washroom.

There are taxidermied animals all over the place, but I guess it goes with the hotel theme.

"The mountains scenery and the serenity of the place make Le massif de Laqlouq an ideal getaway. During our stay, we felt we are well taken care of; the staff was constantly checking upon us and assisting us with any request."

"We were met by Valda who presented us with a beautiful tray of lovely tomatoes from her garden and a fresh bouquet. She explained all the facilities to us and made certain we had no questions. The rooms were clean and well outfitted. Easy walk to the dunes. Lovely very private setting."
