"We had a spectacular time staying at the Tsoelike River Lodge in Lesotho! The staff was exceptionally friendly, making sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. They consistently checked in with us to make sure our fires were lit in our cabins, if we needed the room to be freshened up, and if we were enjoying our time. This on top of the stunning mountain views right from your window made for a wonderful stay."

No complaints! We had a great time and would book again upon returning to Lesotho.

"Beautiful location with a very nice room layout and facilities."

Room was exceptionally warm and hard to moderate the temperature. We eventually asked for the floor heating to be turned off completely and then opened all the windows and doors for over an hour to bring the temperature back down to a suitable value.

maybe a nice sign or where to turn before the dirt road street would be nice to know , in case people ever feel lost or even at night when its hard to see.

"Incredibly unique accommodation and stunning property. The surrounding tea planation provided amazing nature walks and a cool tea tasting and factory tour. The manor was one of the most unique and beautiful places I've ever stayed. We had the whole place to ourselves!"

Was a bit musty smelling, but after being opened up and aired out and a candle or two it was perfect.

Close to the main road but not much traffic at nigh + need to walk to the a little to shower & toilets.

"The property has a very low ranking; therefore, I was suspicious regarding what to expect before the stay. However, almost everything was OK. I booked the best room and its is fully OK. The property responded to my questions very fast. The manager/ owner was very helpful. Dinner - not much choice, but very tasty (just bit too expensive). Nice small beach."

Some of the service providers attitude especially at the front desk in the kitchen. The lady was not kind at all and she behaved in haughty manner, just to hand over a bill. When I took dinner I asked for the bill with the man but it didn’t come, in the following morning I had to check out. I went to the reception in the morning and said I have a bill. The lady at the reception called to ask for my bill and it didn’t come. I went back in my room to take my luggage then the lady in the kitchen wanted me to handle the bill I couldn’t I had things in all my hands then I asked my daughter to take the bill! I found this attitude really insulting to me. Real lack of respect! Anyway…

Nothing, we loved everything

"Ingrid always prepared delicious breakfasts. I was there for 9 days and loved the variety. I also appreciated and enjoyed the extras of fresh bottled fruit juices, the chance to experience a meal of oil down, the national dish, and a barbecue prepared fresh1 The pool is wonderful.It was also fun to be invited to add some art to the walls of the dining area!!"

Perhaps in the rooms with windows facing the afternoon sun there could be a roll down blind as it got quite hot in the room despite the fan.

"The breakfast was simple, hearty, and genuinely local the kind of meal that feels real rather than staged for visitors. Fresh ingredients, warm flavors, and an honest taste of the region. A very satisfying start to the day. Very good."

The other villa R3 was not bad just that it could use some improvements in the spare bedrooms

"Rosita, the innkeeper, went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. She is a wonderful hostess. The inn is in a quiet location, close to the beach. The room came with a kitchenette."

"I enjoyed the quiet, hilltop location with views of the sea. I loved all the plants, the hammock in front of the cabin and the cabin itself. Very simple set up which I enjoyed."

"The staff is so friendly! Was really a lovely experience. We only stayed one night to extend on the island , but It was one of our favourite experiences with the owners. Their kindness is so refreshing. The bungalows are basic, the bed is so comfy. It really gives you jungle beach vibes. Also try their coffee, best cappuccino ever. Double shot and the froth is on point. We even ran into the owners in Ranong coming off the slow ferry and they offered us a ride to our hostel. It really just made us so happy! I wish them all the luck with this new project of theirs. They have only really been actively open a total of 5 months!"

A little further from the beach but if you ride a scooter you are fine. 16 minute walk to one beach and the rest are about 40-45 minutes in each direction walking! Food not too far!
