"We really enjoyed this Riad. The design of the space is fantastic and really well done with vaulted ceilings in the rooms (at least our room). We booked the "ROUGE" room which featured a loft bedroom that our daughter loved and a ton of space to spread out. The cave like bathroom / shower was also super fun. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. Very good coffee. Nice views of the ocean from the rooftop. Great location in a quiet area, but with immediate access to the heart of the medina. Would 100% book again."

"The location was excellent, within minutes of the main shopping streets of the Medina. My room (Verde) had a window and balcony that overlooked the ocean in the distance, allowing plenty of natural light into the room. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom well equipped and uniquely designed. Breakfast was great. The staff served all guests a full breakfast of Moroccan breads and pastries, accompaniments, fresh orange juice, yoghurt, omelette and mint tea (or coffee etc), on the third floor overlooking the ocean. The highlight however were the staff. Exceptional from start to finish and went above and beyond to explain the Medina, recommend restaurants and shops, helped carry bags up and down the stairs and were so accommodating no matter what. I would wholeheartedly recommend booking here."

"Once you enter Chems Bleu are you treated with the upmost warmth and hospitality. We came for couples time and our stay was excellent thanks to the incredible caring staff. We received wonderful recommendations that made our experience of Essaouira so special. The property itself is beautiful and peaceful. We had a lovely view of the ocean and spent a lot of time enjoying the balcony and room. The breakfast each morning was delicious and filling. Someone was always checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. We were sad to leave and dream to return."
