"Monriad is one of the most beautiful Riads! A fantastic location in the Medina, beautifully decorated rooms, incredible breakfast/dinner and wonderful staff. Ismail was a wonderful person that greeted me upon my arrival. I can't recall the name of the staff member that greeted me on the street when the driver dropped me off, but he was so kind to take my bags to the Riad and maintained a very helpful repoire throughout my stay. Their communication through WhatsApp prior to my arrival, helping coordinate transport from the airport, and having dinner ready for me upon arrival was above and beyond! They also provided the most amazing breakfast each morning. I didn't enjoy the rooftop as much as I should have, but it was a very nice rooftop to enjoy the views over the Medina. They also helped organize transport upon my departure. A full service, wonderful staff all day and night! I stayed for two nights in this beautiful place and look forward to returning."

"The staff is so helpful and nice. Facilities are good and the location is superb! Can walk to a lot of locations and even the taxis aren’t long drives. They will set up airport transfers for you as well."
"Our shower didn’t drain the best but it was cleaned spotless everyday. The A/C is okay at best, but anything beats the outdoor moroccan heat."

"It allows you to have a cultural experience, staying at a riad. It was clean and the staff was really helpful, kind. We left our luggages on the last day to see more of Marrakech as well. Also the hotel is both central and a bit out of the crowdness and the noise of the city."
