"We are world travelers who stay at premium hotels often, yet the experience in your hotel was unique. Barbie, from the reception office, was wonderful. She welcomed us warmly to the hotel, and throughout our stay, she wrote us daily notes and sent us some sweets every evening. We will cherish her handwritten notes and add them to our memory box. Furthermore, Adi, the waiter, remembered our names and choices of drinks. Our preferences were also remembered by the person taking our room service orders. Last, but equally important, the room cleaner organized the room and our items twice a day. This will surely be a memorable vacation to Macao. We are so glad to visit your hotel and hope to return soon."
